Limited Warranty.

Maxx Tyre Accessories Pty Ltd warrants most equipment to the original user against defective material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase on repair, parts and labour. The exception is all ¾" and 1" drive impact Wrenches which have a 6 months warranty from the date of purchase on repair, parts and labour.

Our responsibility under this warranty is limited only to the repair or replacement of defective part or parts. Maxx Tyre Accessories Pty Ltd reserves the right to determine whether the part or parts failed because of defective material, workmanship or other causes. Failures caused by accident, alteration, and misuse or purposely damage or attempts to repair are not covered by this warranty.
